How old was he and how did he pass away?

Lots of bishops passing away recently ... Fulham, Slupski, Petko, and now Taylor.  Am I missing any?

There have been not a few recent deaths of more obscure, independent clerics.  First Fulham, then Slupski (who I guess wasn't all that obscure), just recently Petko, now Taylor.

He was 70 (or perhaps 71).  He had suffered several heart attacks recently and a massive one around two weeks ago.
