It's a good recording and the piano sounds clear. Where/how did you do it? It's hard to tell with the midi these days.
My piano tune is straightforward. The first section is C minor and the 'modulation' for part II (with the right hand octaves) goes into Eb major which doesn't change anything of course. The only funky part is going into the end of the first part before the G7 where I superimposed some Bb in the right hand over some Ab in the left. Something like that. It's been a long time since I've looked at it musically.
I listened all the way through the song this time and it doesn't sound too hard. Let me know once you manage to get it into sheet music.
Your song reminds me of the songs our oldest son's godfather composes. His family also doesn't have a real piano but a full sized keyboard piano.
Have you ever considered visiting a piano store and making your recording there? They usually let people try out their pianos for free.
You could get some an amazing sound recording that way and you already know how to play the piece so perfectly! I did not hear one single mistake! Not sure I could ever so that well.
